Brian Keith Turner was born March 30, 1968 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Bill Turner and Charlene (Glasgow) Turner. His death is a tragic loss for his family, friends, and colleagues. For some people, the best send-off is one that they would have loved to attendthemselves: a big party.
